  Note: Installation requires cutting an arced slot 1/4 wide in the cabinet door for the hinge to rest in. For overlay door hinges, the slot should be cut 1/2 deep at its deepest point, and about 1-7/8 long using a table saw or dado set no more than 8 in diameter. For inset door hinges, the slot should be made 3/4 D x 1-3/4 L, with a cutter no more than 6 in diameter.
