Customer Ratings: - Works with 3G iPhone. Thought i would take a gamble with this after replacing my iphone with the new 3g version and finding none of my car chargers work! Something to do with Apple doing away with Firewire Charging on the latest 3G phone, and 99% of third party chargers have voltage for firewire/usb voltage, which is not compatible with the new phone.
So i can confirm it works with the 3G iPhone, just ensure you use a genuine Apple Ipod USB cable between the charger and your phone.
