• Fantastic weeknight cookbook!. I bought this book with a hint of skepticism as despite owning all of Jamie s previous books, I don t feel that I ve actually cooked from them so much. This book was a positive surpise. Although I consider myself to be quite a dab hand in the kitchen, I don t particularly like recipes that have a huge list of ingredients and long instructions. The recipes in this book are simple and easy and most of the ingredients are in my cupboards. The chicken & leek stroganoff is a winner in my house and the currys are great for a Friday night, and presented beautifully. It also has a great section on breakfast food and the granola is dead simple to make and so delicious. I have reccomended this book to loads of friends and will keep using regularly.
• Jamie Oliver Cookbook. Jamie s Ministry of Food: Anyone Can Learn to Cook in 24 HoursGreat cook book anyone can use, very easy to follow. Receipe. are healthy. Whole family can use it.
• Good Instruction. Good for those of us who have not so great culinary skills, I have found the instruction of this book to be easy to follow. The ingredients, for me, are not always easy to access, but I have been able to substitute when needed and still make the dishes come out tasty. I will make many of these delicious foods over and over again, but I would wish for a book in the future to have strictly economical recipes. That, to me, would be extremely valuable.
• Wonderful and helpful book!. Hi, I bought this couple of weeks ago. The delivery wasn t that quick but that s partly because I was in Australia at that time. The book is very helpful with lots of interesting and easy recipes for every day and for some special occasions. I liked the design of the book too , it s a bit old-fashioned so it goes with the idea of passing on the old recipes. Overall, really helpful for someone who wants to impress somebody or just make a really nice, easy and very healthy meal!
• Ministry of Food. I don t enjoy cooking but this book has got me going,I even took it on holiday with me to do some more of the dishes.My husband even compliments me on my dishes now. Thanks Jamie.
