I purchased two magazine subscriptions and waited for the credit discount to be either (a) reflected on my statement or (b) for a credit to be applied against a future purchase. To date nothing has been received in the mail nor adjusted on my account.
The offer appeared too good to be true and indeed it was. I called Amazon and the Customer Service Rep. tried her best to refute my claim. When she did not succeed at that, she told me that I should have reported the matter sooner.
Amazon, you have a reputation to live up to. I am very disappointed with how this matter was handled. - Elaine s lost magazine subscription. I had placed an order early January of this year and still am waiting anxiously to receive my first issue, it s already March!

It is worth it! - Haven t even received the magazine yet..... I ordered this subscription in mid December and still have not received my first issue. I would love to say I love the product though!
- totally satisfied. i ve been subscribing to instyle for years and i especially love ordering through amazon. of course i love the magazine but my feedback is more directed to the complaints i ve read regarding wait time. read the fine print people! they say it will take 6-8 wks and sometimes it is a little longer. magazines have always been like this. if you re not happy, you can get a refund. it s not hard to do. amazon let s you know when it s time to renew and the savings over buying one in the store is like getting at least a half year, if not more, for free.
