- Good Book, Not so good SELLER. The book is great. I ordered the Chilton also as other reviews stated that between both books everything is covered. They were right. I would also recommend purchasing both books.
Ordered the item on 9-23-2009 and still have not received the order. Email was sent and a response was given the same day, however the email stated the item was already shipped. I asked to cancel the order and this is when the information was given about the item being shipped already. I never received any info in reference to the item having shipped. I will not buy from TheBookGrove again.
Checking the item on Amazon.com and it shows they don t have any in stock. When I sent an email requesting to cancel the item I was told they already shipped the item... Out of stock and I still haven t received the book??? Didn t tell me it was shipped until I wanted to cancel. I had to purchase the book at the local parts store due to the unrealistic delay in shipping. Unlike TheBookGrove, Smart Buy Car and Truck Repair Manuals sent out my order ASAP and provided all information about the shipping action taken. I am very pleased with the service. I just wish I would have placed my TheBookGrove order with them too. Both places used USPS, however TheBookGrove order, placed at the same time, still has not arrived...?
