Asiakaspalvelu Ratings: - HP Hewlett Packard Q2612A laser. At about a third of the cost of a new one, this is a very good buy. It prints nice, was delivered the next day, and I consider it a bargain.
- No VAT. The cartridge itself was fine with no complaint. Works well. The only surprise was that even though the seller was based in UK and stated prices included VAT, the delivery was fulfilled by a sister company on the Channel Islands, and the invoice I later received had zero VAT on it. Not an issue if a private buyer -- in fact the private buyer can benefit from the zero-VAT to buy cheaper, presumably -- but if buying for a company, as I was, when comparing with another product you d need to consider this 15%-VAT or zero-VAT factor to properly compare the prices.
- HP original is undoubtedly better than refills. I have stopped buying refills, the HP original gives much better performance and longer life, economy is better at stores like this one.
- Great price and great service. It s getting to the stage when Amazon is the first choice for all PC and printer consumables and accessories - always a good price and good service.
- Good value for money. This cartridge is good value for money. Signifcantly cheap as compared to the original one, and very comparable quality
