Forbes used to be a good magazine with a lot of good, business content along with technology (which I enjoy hearing about and am interested in). Not only did I ever receive many issues as they were not delivered (this also happened with TIME) but when I did get them, the issues weren t good. I would never pay 30 dollars for a subscription, I paid $17.94 but it was not even worth it. If you are worried about the issues not arriving which most people would be then do not waste your money or time. I had to call up and get my subscription extended but I still have missed every issue since I called (5 issues missed between then and now).

- Forbes delivers high quality articles, but its liberal bashing gets tiring. Forbes is a conservative business publication that delivers excellent reporting and feature articles. The content is concise, blunt, and to the point because Forbes recognizes the importance of time and clarity. The magazine is especially strong in providing advice to individuals, and businesses about upcoming changes in the tax code, and legislation that would impact the bottom line. However, I have found that the editorial content has become a venue for editors to make personal attacks towards Obama and the democratic party.
Pros:
As a business magazine, Forbes does an excellent job at delivering succinct articles about business, economics, and stocks. In each issue, the magazine devotes a large section towards dispensing advice about money and investing. There is a depth and detail that can only be found in this magazine. Forbes assumes its readers are astute and smart, and is unwilling to dumb down its content to boost circulation numbers. In a recent article, Forbes provided detailed advice about retirement accounts, and their tax implications.
Cons:
Forbes can improve its publication by focusing less on liberal bashing, and offering solutions to current business issues. For example, Forbes can take the lead and recommend to businesses ways to reduce health care costs by writing about Safeway, which has been able to tame healthcare inflation. In recent issues, the magazine has been bashing the Obama administration. If the editor, Mr. Forbes wants to express his opinions then write for the National Review, or the Atlantic, but leave personal politics out of this business magazine. - The Hindus. This book was listed as new and while it was, it had one of those annoying marker marks across the edge on one side. Why would anyone in their right mind do this to a hard cover book? Misleading of the supplier and presumably below Amazon s standards.
