• A great guide book. My friends and I got a great deal of use from this guide book. The book is quite thick with lots of information in regard to the main sites,hotels,restaurants,shopping,etc. We would usually plan out our days by writing the addresses of our intenderd destinations on a small sheet of blank paper and hitting the streets with a good map. Eating in Paris is not cheap,so plan on going to the affordable (and delicious) food stand-type places for lunch and dinner unless you have lots of money to burn. Get the the Fodor s Paris guide book with the laminated Streetwise Paris map and you will be all set for a great visit.
