Product Description: - This excellent Door Strap has been designed to fit with most types of doors. Very simple and easy to use with your exercise bands or tubes. All that you do is open almost any type of door, place the door strap either over the top (or down the side) of the door - and then close the door. The strap will then stay in place, and you can feed either your exercise bands or tubing through the strap. You then can carry out your exercises knowing that the Door Strap is secure. (Please note - exercise band is not include and needs to be purchased seperately)

It is simply a very strong woven nylon strap with a bobble in one end and a wide loop the other: you hook it over the door and shut it, and the bobble holds it in place - thread your exercise band through the strap (it is wide enough to take the ones with handles) and do your pull downs like on gym equipment. weighs nothing, folds into nothing, ideal for travel. Very neat thinking - should get a design award for something.
