I used it when i did mine and it is really good, it breaks each one of the strokes down into smaller bits. It helped me a lot in my PE coursework. However it does not hvae enough games and how to get young children more water confident. But over all it is a good book!
• a useful aid for all aspiring swim teachers. This is an essential text for all wishing to attain the ASA S assistant teachers qualification and a basis for the Teachers certificate as well.
