• Good Book!!!!!!!!. This book is valuble for those who are doing their ASA level one swimming teachers. I used it when i did mine and it is really good, it breaks each one of the strokes down into smaller bits. It helped me a lot in my PE coursework. However it does not hvae enough games and how to get young children more water confident. But over all it is a good book!
• a useful aid for all aspiring swim teachers. This is an essential text for all wishing to attain the ASA S assistant teachers qualification and a basis for the Teachers certificate as well. The book gives tips from lesson planning to improving stroke techniques, as well as the more technical side of how the body is used during swimming.
