Korisniški Ratings: - Nice Gift Book. I bought this book as a Christmas gift for my mother (who is well over 40, but very trendy). It is a very nice book, which she was pleased to receive. These kind of fashion advise books shouldn t be taken too seriously, but at least this one is aimed at ordinary women, and you don t feel patronised. Well worth the money (and of course being from Amazon, it was a bargain!)
- a good read. In this book twiggy gives an overall view of her life in the fashion industry. She also passes on tips about fashion for all ages, I thought her comments made good sense and the photos were very good.
- A bit disappointing. Although not as disappointed as Casey was, I would recommend borrowing this from the library rather than buying it. Lots of the advice was very generic and may be more useful to someone with the lovely Twiggy-shape and love of mens tailoring and shoes, than someone (like me) who is much shorter and more curvy! The idea I could most relate to was on the Dressing Down page, PJ s and slippers. Lovely photos though, and a good list of websites for a rainy afternoon.
- Fab. I thing its a fresh, fabulous, down to earth book - with lots of tips that we can all easily achieve. The style is as if your best friend was talking to you - its very frank and honest. Love it. Thank you Twiggy. At last!
- Brilliant Book, Can t put it down. Full of helpful tips. A Must read. I m not sure What book the other reviewer was reading! But I love this book, Its easy to dip in and out of. It has valuable advice for every woman over 40, Where to buy certain Items and the best place to go for them.
Make-up, fashion, Hair and lots more, It covers everything. Thankyou Twiggy a great read, I Love it and so do all my friends.
