ACCA - F3 Financial Accounting (UK): i-Pass (Ipass Cdrom) 
Customer Ratings: - poor structure. I am disappointed by this book as I am usually quite happy with bpp textbooks, but I found this one really poorly structured and some parts of the text unnecessarily complicated. I have ordered a different textbook to study from as I feel this is wasting my time.
- Bad customer service. As an ACCA student, I was looking for ACCA books and added this one in my wish list as a reminder.
This semester, my search has been really short since Browns Books created and CONFIRMED AN ORDER FOR ME WITHOUT MY CONSENTMENT!
I don t really know how this could happen but I tried to call and emailed them 5 mn after receiving a confirmation email from them to explain what happened but still, this was apparently not enough to cancel their order.
I am extremely disappointed by the quality of your customer services since I haven t been given any chance to cancel this order or discuss with anyone. Not only you ve lost one customer (may I remind you that ACCA studies can take from a year to four)but you have also lost potential customers as I will make sure to mention your great customer services among ACCA/ CIMA and other students around me.
- Does the job, but be wary. This book follows the standard BPP format which readers will be familiar with from their study of ealier papers.
Unfortunately, the standard BPP format includes formatting errors, alignment issues and a lot of similar mistakes.
Does the job, but be wary of errors, especially when you re trying to work through examples.
